Christmas Fair: the last coffee morning of 2013 at Killinghall Methodist Church will be held on Saturday, November 30 at 10.30am and will incorporate a Christmas Fair. There will be gifts, cards and cakes as well as coffee and biscuits. All welcome.

Christmas Tree Festival: at the church of St Thomas the Apostle, Killinghall. Friday, December 6 – Sunday, December 8. To raise funds for local and national charities - Saint Michael’s Hospice, Martin House Hospice, Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Harrogate Homeless Project, The Royal British Legion and Yorkshire Cancer Research. Our week-end festival starts with a Friday twilight mulled wine and mince pies at 6-8pm to view the trees. Admission £3. On Saturday there will be a Christmas Fayre at 11am-3pm (admission £2) and a Christmas Cracker Concert at 7pm with the White Rose concert Band and other local acts – tickets adults £6, children £3 available from church committee or 563241, 770377, 529817. The weekend will finish with Carols by Tree Light at 3pm on Sunday, December 8 in St Thomas’ Church.
