Wife, 64, in court over stabbing
A 64-YEAR-OLD woman will face a crown court judge next week accused of wounding her husband with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.
Kenneth Swales, who is in his 60s, was stabbed at his home in Eleanor Road, Harrogate, on Monday.
His wife, Janet Swales, appeared before Harrogate magistrates on Tuesday - when her address was listed as Bower Street, Harrogate - and was remanded in custody to make an initial appearance at York Crown Court on Monday.
