Search forA59 crash lorry driver
THE driver of an HGV which left the scene of an accident on the A59 is being sought by police.
The collision occurred near Fewston Reservoir last Friday, July 16, around 2.10pm.
A white Mercedes HGV travelling in a westbound dorection on the wrong side of the road caused two other vehicles - a silver Mercedes C Class and a silver Mercedes ML Class - to collide when they were forced to perform an emergency stop.
The lorry failed to stop at the scene and continued towards Skipton. The two car drivers sustained minor injuries.
