Harrogate teen, 17, dies suddenly
A TEENAGER has been found dead at his home in the Jennyfields area of Harrogate.
Thomas Tennison, 17, was found by his father in an upstairs bedroom at the Newby Crescent house at 4.45pm on Sunday. An inquest was opened and adjourned on Tuesday (Mar 9).
Police inquiries are being carried out on behalf of the coroner although the death is not being treated as suspicious.
Insp Mike Woodhall, of Harrogate Police, said: "It appears he has died of natural causes. Toxicology samples have been sent off for further analysis. It's believed it might be a heart defect."
