Harrogate Borough Council Planning Committee decisions:

An application to demolish an existing building and erect a detached office block at Morfitt's Building, John Street, Harrogate was deferred by planners. The application had been tabled by Mr T Holroyd and was a revised scheme.

Planning officer Mark Williams had recommended refusal saying the building on the site was of historic interest.
