Special visitors at Forest School

Knaresborough’s Forest School welcomed special a visitor when Bishop of Knaresborough The Right Rev James Bell.

The Bishop has visited the school several times to meet pupils and help out in assemblies, was at the school on Thursday, October 4 with a group of clergy from around the Forest School’s catchment area which stretches from Ripon, to Otley, Harrogate, Knaresborough and as far south as Tadcaster and Selby.

Rt Rev Bell, pictured above with The Rev Sue Riley from St John’s Church in Knaresborough, Headteacher Peter Hewitt and pupils, dropped into classrooms and lead prayers in the primary department’s assembly.
