Heavy rain brought flooding to parts of North Yorkshire last week, the second time the area has been hit this winter.

Elsewhere in Yorkshire floodwaters entered homes, and only three months ago Knaresborough and Nidderdale were badly hit when the rivers burst their banks.

This week our web poll asks - are we getting more flooding than ever before?

Answer our web poll to the right, or leave your comments about flooding, how you’ve been affected, what’s causing it, and what should be done to prevent flooding, below.
