New priest arrives at St Mary’s K’bro

St Mary’s Catholic Church has welcomed a new parish priest.

Fr William Wright has arrived from Warrington, where he was also parish priest.

He was previously a Benedictine monk at Ampleforth Abbey, like his predecessors at St Mary’s.

Fr William said: “I have received a wonderful welcome from the community and the townsfolk.”
