Hundreds of people turned out to a packed parents’ evening at Rossett School last night to talk about a controversial iPad scheme.

The plans - revealed late last year by headteacher Pat Hunter - would see each student furnished with an iPad to help their learning at home and school.

But many parents have reacted angrily to news they are being asked to pay for the devices themselves.

What do you think? The Advertiser is to publish a full report of last night’s meeting in next week’s paper.
