It's had no official launch yet - that comes next week - but as part of its 'soft launch' new Harrogate bar-restaurant Revolución de Cuba is giving away 500 free Burittos tonight, Thursday, October 6 only.
The offer is a case of first-come, first-served and starts at 5pm, finishing when, and if, all 500 tasty Latin American morsels are snapped up.
As to what Revolución de Cuba Harrogate is like in its home on Parliament Street, well, the site has certainly been radically and impressively transformed from how it looked as nightclub Rehab.
The Harrogate Advertiser was invited to a taster night earlier this week with a food and drink masterclass and what an enjoyable night it turned out to be.
By the way, Revolución de Cuba may not be an independent but it is quite a small chain, it hails from the North (the first one was in Sheffield) and it has no branches in London.
In fact, a quick look at the full list shows it's a fairly non-southern chain: Cardiff, Derby, Glasgow, Harrogate, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Norwich, Nottingham, Sheffield.
As for the taster night, the first thing which became apparent was that Revolución de Cuba Harrogate looks spectacularly good.
The cantina-like restaurant/bar on the ground level boasts reasonably-priced food - Latin American inspired dishes, made by mixing bold flavours, vibrant ingredients and Cuban passion.
The dedicated upstairs bar where salsa dancing will take place is a particularly attractive space to enjoy a few drinks in, though they aren't cheap.
With its cosy deep red leather booths and classic tropical storm wooden blinds, the decor makes it look like the sort of Cuban bar that legendary author Ernest Hemignway loved to frequent in the 1950s.
Having sampled Cuban sangria served in amazing tin teapot into canteen cups, the lessons began with staff members Alex (drinks) and Josh (food).
Before you could say "salsa" we were making cocktails for ourselves - Mojitos with Bacardi Carta Blanca rum in various flavours and styles - and filling our own burritos and tacos.
It was a bit of an exact science - or it would have been if hadn't been so much fun.
If that was a taster, bring on the real launch on October 14.
