Over the last five months the Harrogate Advertiser’s Ending Loneliness campaign has tackled isolation among as many different age groups and social groups as possible.

Our latest campaign feature focuses on ending loneliness for people living with epilepsy, after a report from national charity Epilepsy Action alarmingly revealed this week that 60 per cent of people diagnosed with the condition in Yorkshire feel lonely, and 79 per cent said it has a negative impact on their ability to take part in activities or events.
