Children from Kirby Hill Primary School and their headteacher Vicki Farby have donated shoeboxes full of Christmas gifts to the Children In Distress Charity.

The charity helps children in Romania who would not otherwise receive any Christmas presents.

Gill Ward, who collected the boxes on the charity’s behalf, said: “The response from the children at Kirby Hill School is always magnificent. They really do provide Christmas in a box. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the school.”
