Detectives investigating the hoax call which led to anti-terror police raiding a Knaresborough pizza shop have arrested a man from West Yorkshire.
An anonymous caller made a malicious bomb hoax regarding Paragon Pizza on Knaresborough High Street on Wednesday October 16.
Roads were closed for several hours as armed police swooped in and questioned staff from the pizza shop.
A 21-year-old man from the Leeds area, was arrested in connection with the incident yesterday afternoon (Friday October 18) near Leeds by officers from the Major Crime Unit.
He has been released on bail to allow for further police enquiries.
