TWO men were arrested in Harrogate town centre after reports of an assault last Saturday afternoon.
Police were called to Oxford Street but the suspects quickly left the scene.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said two men, both 18, were arrested nearby a short time later.
The first was charged with using threatening language or behaviour, the second with obstructing a police officer, presenting a risk of disorder and failing to comply with a police constable.
Both men are due to appear before Harrogate Magistrates Court on Thursday, March 1.
