Charity organises event in Harrogate to raise awareness of rights

Charity North Yorkshire Advocacy has organised an event in Harrogate on Wednesday, December 7, to raise awareness of defending and safeguarding rights.

North Yorkshire Advocacy is a charity that supports people who are vulnerable through circumstance or disadvantage, and aims to empower decision-making.

The 'Not being heard?' event will be held at Prospect Crescent, 11:30am-1:30pm, and attendees will have the chance to meet North Yorkshire Advocacy staff and volunteers to discuss how the charity's work enables people to have their voices heard.
