Having moved to Harrogate from her native Spain, Pepita Talens first applied for a job at Bettys Café Tea Rooms on the recommendation of a friend who worked there.

“Bettys had a really good reputation, and I knew they were a really nice company to work for, but it wasn’t easy to get a job here because everyone wanted one,” she said.

Thirty years later she still loves where she works.
