Two Leeds law firms open in Harrogate

Consilia Legal will launch its Harrogate office in January. Dedicated to family law mediation, it will be headed by directors Laura Clapton and Sally Clark, both experienced family solicitors and accredited mediators.

The expansion follows a year of strong growth for the firm and the relocation of its Leeds headquarters to new premises in Park Place.

Consilia Legal’s new office will provide mediation services to individuals and to clients of family lawyers in the Harrogate district for privately funded and parties who qualify for public funding.

“The response from local family law firms to our Harrogate launch has been excellent,” said Ms Clark.

Winston Solicitors, which has opened an office in Windsor House, already has a number of clients in North Yorkshire area, and has been planning its expansion for some time.

Founded in 2002, Winston Solicitors has its head office in North Leeds and provides both commercial and individual legal advice in areas including property, employment, family and dispute resolution.
