Shop assistant wins first Victoria award

THE Victoria Shopping Centre shop assistant who went the extra mile to give that extra smile was named at an award ceremony organised by centre manager David Horth.

Joanne Clarke, who works at Athena, won the accolade with H&M employee Darcey Willey being named runner up.

Mr Horth said he had organised the awards, the first of their kind for the centre, to reward good work and great customer service at the centre during the past year.
