Demand-driven growth has led digital marketing agency Extreme Creations make three new appointments at its Harrogate headquarters.

The business has welcomed Elaine Gallagher, Rachel Scott and Andrew Taylor across its pay-per-click (PPC), design and development teams respectively, taking the headcount to 31.

Elaine joins from a role as an agency growth strategist with Google, while Rachel joins as a junior designer after completing her graphic design and communications degree and a year in similar agency environments. Andrew brings more than a decade of expertise to the business and will be working as a senior developer on a range of projects.

Antony Prince, managing director of Extreme Creations, said: “We are really excited to be in a position to grow the team. Our new client wins and the increase in demand within existing relationships means we are consistently on the look-out for exceptional talent that can help us maintain the high standards we have set for project delivery.”

The team’s expansion comes after several major project wins and the increase in output for existing clients.
