Harrogate property firm FSS has announced plans to expand its services in 2017 following major investment in its brand and offices.

Partner Simon Croft said recent investment had included a £100,000 refurbishment of its premises on Raglan Street and the expansion of a staff development programme that would put its 25 employees at the heart of future growth.

“By creating the best possible environment for our team and introducing new initiatives to make it as easy as possible for each member of staff to contribute ideas I believe we are in an excellent position to deliver an outstanding service to our clients and customers in the year ahead as we expand,” he said.

FSS has also been working on a strategic development plan in association with leadership coach Bev Lockwood.

“Our work with Bev identified quality, trust and value as cornerstones of our business’s success over the past 22 years and we are keen to build on these strengths as we move forward,” said Mr Croft.

FSS – formerly known as Feather Smailes Scales – claims to be the only Harrogate-based firm to offer services across residential sales and lettings, commercial property, auctions and surveying.
