Digital firm reports record growth figures

DIGITAL agency 9xb.com is building on the achievements of the past two years by reporting record growth for the first half of 2009.

Since moving to larger premises in Harrogate at the end of last year, the agency has further expanded its team of online experts.

Following a number of major new client wins including Bradford Theatres, Q Hotels, PING Europe, Abbeycrest plc and The Round Table, the company has appointed five new members of staff, proof that some businesses are overcoming the credit crunch.

One of the key growth areas for 9xb is the expansion of their online marketing division and Mark Woodcock has been appointed to head up this area of the business.

With over ten years experience, Marks expertise encompasses all areas of online marketing including Search Engine Marketing and Social Media.

Mark’s team is strengthened with two new marketing executives, Carly Chaffer and Sarah Boothman. .

Christian Bailey and Peter Smith, both experienced web professionals, join the studio team and will concentrate on the design and development of state of the art websites.

Managing Director Rob Burns commented: “The strength of our business is in the expertise of the people we employee and we are delighted to welcome Mark, Carly, Sarah, Christian and Peter to the team.

“By working with our clients to deliver continued success online, we are developing a fantastic reputation both locally and nationally and we feel sure that the new guys will help take us to the next level.”
