Bus Services: in Shaw Mills, Bishop Thornton and Markington will be cut down to one day per week (Wednesday) with The Little Red Bus from March 27. This decision was made by North Yorkshire County Council.

Membership: is now due at the March 21 meeting of the Warsill Garden Club in Warsill Parish Hall at 7.30pm. A talk/demonstration by Martin Fish, Planting Pots and Containers. Members £3, guests £4.

School News: Bishop Thornton CE Primary School are having a Big Cookathon today, March 7.

Voucher Collections: St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School are now collecting Sainsbury’s Active Kids vouchers and still continuing to collect Nestle cereal box tops. Just drop them into the school when you passing.

World Book days: Bishop Thornton Primary School are holding their World Book Day on Friday, March 8. The school is dressing as a favourite book character. St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School are holding theirs on Thursday, March 7.
