Parish Council: the next meeting of the parish council will be at 7.45pm tonight (Thursday) in the village hall.

Recreation Field Tidy Up: this Saturday (March 9) volunteers are asked to come along at 9.30am to help tidy up the recreation field and play area so that it can be an amenity of which the village can be proud.

Church Service: this Sunday (March 10) there will be a Mothering Sunday service at 9.30am in All Saints, Staveley, all welcome.

Historical Society: the March meeting of the society will be in the village hall on Monday, March 11 at 7.30pm.

Village Hall: following a very successful race night recently, events coming up in the village hall are, AGM on April 25, Back to the Land Girls on May 16 and the spring plant sale on May 25. The PA system is now fully operational for use at any events.
